So I finally finished watching all of the original Batman cartoons and fuck my arse they are unreal. So dark and deep at times. Way beyond what my child brain could understand in the 90s.
In one of the final episodes, they done a story about Harley Quinn and how she fell for the joker. I had the weirdest crush on her was I was a kid. Her character never actually appeared in the comics originally but was born from this show. She was a young therapist for the Joker in Arkham and fell for him. He told her stories about his parents, similar to how Heath Ledger told stories about how he got his scars on his face.
One of the greatest episodes of the whole lot.
